Car: There should be ample parking in Cabarita Park as it is a weekday. Parking is metered.

Dish should be equivalent to about 8-10 serving portions.
Food should be on a plate/bowl ready to serve and cut into serving portions if appropriate.
There will be limited refrigeration available and the fridge will be used mainly for desserts.
Some vegetarian dishes would be good as there are a number of vegetarians attending and refrigeration is not as critical.
If not obvious, please label the dish so others with diet restrictions or allergens know if it's OK for them eg. "Thai beef salad - contains peanuts", "Grain salad -vegetarian, gluten free".
Put your name on the dish/bowl so others can give you their compliments. It will also help in getting your bowl back.

Dress and things to bring
It's a picnic so please dress comfortably. Thongs and t-shirt is probably a bit too casual but your tuxedo or ball gown might be overdoing it a bit. Try for something in between. You might want a sunhat too. Also keep in mind that the venue is open and it will be early spring so maybe bring some light warm clothing too.
There will be some covered seating, but if you are up to it we ask that you bring a picnic rug.
Sergey and Craig will provide drinks, glasses, crockery, cutlery etc.
